I went to the store in Durham,NC. The 2 guys at the store were amazing. They were super personable and went out of their way to help me. It was actually one of the best experiences I have ever had in retail.

I've been wearing Red Wings for 35 years! Now I've introduced my son to his first pair. They took great care of him and made sure he got the correct size and width. Take care of your feet people!
