“I had the best experience shopping today with Jenn and Sha’re! I set up an appointment on relatively short notice to pick up a few items for a work trip to NYC this week where it’s gonna be hot, but I needed a polished look. They both heard my needs and surprised me every step of the way. I especially appreciated how to style the items for different looks and just the full playful fun of the whole session. Definitely want to hang out — I mean, shop — with Jenn and Sha’re again. I feel my elevated self in the pieces I selected and am looking forward to putting these items on with confidence this week.”

As a longtime Free People customer with a collection that includes many vintage pieces, I really appreciate associates who understand the brand and have an eye for styling. Claire and Hannah are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help. They consistently go above and beyond to help me find pieces that complement my existing collection and introduce me to styles I may not have considered on my own.
What I appreciate most is that they make shopping such a fun and positive experience. They make me feel confident, help me refine my style, and I always leave feeling fabulous about my purchases. Their knowledge, honesty, and enthusiasm are exactly what outstanding customer service should be.
Employees like Claire and Hannah are a huge reason I continue to shop at this location, even though it is a bit farther of a drive for me than other locations. They represent the brand so well and make every visit enjoyable. They absolutely deserve recognition for the incredible experience they provide. “I saw a dress I really liked online but have never even considered a Lily Pulitzer dress before so I thought I’d take the opportunity to try it on. I had my toddler with me and I was nervous to bring him in the store because “fancy dress stores” aren’t always ok with little ones (fair enough!) But all of the sales associates were extremely kind and even talked to my son. They were all so friendly and helpful!
They didn’t have the exact same dress but helped me find the shorter version to assess the fit. Thank you to those lovely ladies for all their kindness and help! I guess I’m a fan now!”

“I went here after receiving not so go customer service at the South Point location and it was on our way home so it worked out perfect! I was acknowledged upon walking in, I was even approached by a staff member in seeking help with shoe sizes for my son. He even assisted us with trying them on his little foot to make sure we got him the correct size, I don’t know his name (tall light-skin gentleman with tattoos, glasses) but Thank You for your great customer service! Instead of getting my son one pair of shoes we walked out with three instead! Even when walking out another gentleman who checked us out came to open the doors for us, my hands were full from pushing the stroller and holding my son! We will be back!”

“Elson gave us excellent service - 10/10 would recommend shopping for shoes here! I took my mom here to find her some shoes and ended up leaving with a pair for myself as well.
Elson was super patient with listening to all my mom’s complaints about past shoes and what she wanted in her new pair of shoes. He picked out a pair for her on only the third try that she said felt like “walking on a cloud.”
