“Elson gave us excellent service - 10/10 would recommend shopping for shoes here! I took my mom here to find her some shoes and ended up leaving with a pair for myself as well. Elson was super patient with listening to all my mom’s complaints about past shoes and what she wanted in her new pair of shoes. He picked out a pair for her on only the third try that she said felt like “walking on a cloud.” Thank you, Elson, and Fleet Feet of Durham!! We will be back.”

“This store offers a wide variety of quality options. Michael was very helpful today in finding shoes that fit the best despite very wide feet, high arches, and a Morton’s toe issue. Excellent service!”

“This is a full service shoe store. Matt was great. I went in with notes from my PT regarding issues with my left foot and things to consider for footwear. After measuring my foot, he used these to fit me trying 3 different shoes with my custom orthotics. He was polite, thorough and pleasant to work with.”

“I had the best experience shopping today with Jenn and Sha’re! I set up an appointment on relatively short notice to pick up a few items for a work trip to NYC this week where it’s gonna be hot, but I needed a polished look. They both heard my needs and surprised me every step of the way. I especially appreciated how to style the items for different looks and just the full playful fun of the whole session. Definitely want to hang out — I mean, shop — with Jenn and Sha’re again. I feel my elevated self in the pieces I selected and am looking forward to putting these items on with confidence this week.”

“Ryan and Aaron were absolutely amazing and super helpful. The store is very clean and well organized. Great selection and even better pricing. I love to support local stores and surprisingly the pricing for my pumas was actually better in store than anywhere I could find online. I had an awesome experience. Look fowarding to coming back for the next pair. Thanks again”

“This is a quality Vans location, ive been to a lot of retail mall locations and this one does not fall into the trap of offering poser or overpriced stuff. Selection is great and Josh knew his stuff, helped me out with finding the right option and even laced them up while I was paying.”

“I wanted to buy an anniversary present for my wife, but unfortunately, I know nothing of the sphere of women. She is the light of my life, and no gift I could give would repay her for the years of happiness she has given me. The wonderful ladies at Anthropology helped me choose the perfect blouse and candle for her. She loved them! I am so grateful to them”

“Nice location of the store but sometimes doesn't feel stocked enough, or like there isn't enough inventory in store. They will always ask if they can order the item for you, but that's not the reason I went to the mall in the first place.”

“Great place to find great deals. Helpful employees and wonderful inventory in my hard to find size. Can't thank you guys enough for having beautiful things in such a wide variety of sizes!”

“I recently visited this location twice in one week, resulting in purchases exceeding $400. The beautiful clothing was a major factor, but the outstanding customer service from Jamie and Autum was equally impressive. They exhibited a welcoming and professional demeanor, offering valuable suggestions during my visit. My experience was wonderful, and I am confident in my purchases. I strongly recommend this location, primarily due to its exceptional customer service.”

“I have been shopping at this store for about a year and a half, ever since I moved to North Carolina, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the customer service; Claire and Hannah are truly exceptional! As a longtime Free People customer with a collection that includes many vintage pieces, I really appreciate associates who understand the brand and have an eye for styling. Claire and Hannah are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help. They consistently go above and beyond to help me find pieces that complement my existing collection and introduce me to styles I may not have considered on my own. What I appreciate most is that they make shopping such a fun and positive experience. They make me feel confident, help me refine my style, and I always leave feeling fabulous about my purchases. Their knowledge, honesty, and enthusiasm are exactly what outstanding customer service should be. Employees like Claire and Hannah are a huge reason I continue to shop at this location, even though it is a bit farther of a drive for me than other locations. They represent the brand so well and make every visit enjoyable. They absolutely deserve recognition for the incredible experience they provide. I truly hope management knows what an asset they are and that they deserve a raise. Thank you both for always making me feel so welcome and helping me look and feel my best!”

“I saw a dress I really liked online but have never even considered a Lily Pulitzer dress before so I thought I’d take the opportunity to try it on. I had my toddler with me and I was nervous to bring him in the store because “fancy dress stores” aren’t always ok with little ones (fair enough!) But all of the sales associates were extremely kind and even talked to my son. They were all so friendly and helpful! They didn’t have the exact same dress but helped me find the shorter version to assess the fit. Thank you to those lovely ladies for all their kindness and help! I guess I’m a fan now!”

“I went here after receiving not so go customer service at the South Point location and it was on our way home so it worked out perfect! I was acknowledged upon walking in, I was even approached by a staff member in seeking help with shoe sizes for my son. He even assisted us with trying them on his little foot to make sure we got him the correct size, I don’t know his name (tall light-skin gentleman with tattoos, glasses) but Thank You for your great customer service! Instead of getting my son one pair of shoes we walked out with three instead! Even when walking out another gentleman who checked us out came to open the doors for us, my hands were full from pushing the stroller and holding my son! We will be back!”
