Excellent shopping experience buying new hiking boots. Maddie was knowledgeable, proactive, and patient in helping me in finding the right pair of boots and some new socks. She also informed me that, as a Member, I could trade-in my old pair of boots which gave me $30 to spend on the new ones.

Just a quick love note to the bike department. Thought either the bike or I was getting old and dragging after an early spring ride. After the REI tuneup I know it wasn't the bike. Great ride. Thank you for the work.

My experience today at REI was all about the sales associate who checked her handheld device to see if the pants I wanted in my size were available in the color I wanted. She disappeared into the back, looked and looked for 10 minutes (I think she was opening boxes) and found what I wanted. Excellent, full effort customer... read full comment
