“Everyone was very nice. I bought a hand bike pump because I forgot mine and was on my way to the trails. I couldn’t figure it out and apparently lost a piece?. A gentleman who worked there was super helpful trying to help me figure out what I was doing wrong. The woman in the bike service area saw our struggle and came in to help. She figured out I had put the piece in wrong and lost the spring in the process. Without hesitation she swapped it out for me. Great customer experience and joined the membership. Will be back?”

She is hard to fit - very narrow size - and she is very specific about what she likes and doesn't.Joshua was not only knowledgeable, he was really, really nice.My Mom ordered a pair of walking shoes and another pair is coming in for her to try.
