Had pay 75.00 first month activate internet when I been on and off customer for years.Then after u leave them they harass u with collection fees .If u get they phones they sell ur number to spams and they call all day and night

Came in to return a router with the box that it was shipped in. The representative would not take the shipping box, made me leave the store with it, and made me find a way to throw it away. Really? That’s just wrong.

Been trying to schedule an appointment for days now but their online scheduler keeps having errors before actually creating the event. Tried to call and got sent through several bots before not being able to schedule again. Terrible service
