Came in looking for information but as soon as I walked in the leasing office smelled had a strong cigarette odor and had the door locked which was concerning for me.

I love this place! The rent is the cheapest in all of Durham (apartment wise), a beautiful neighborhood with quiet, serene neighbors! We have laundry on site, a pool, and a tennis court. I never feel unsafe here as a young woman, and the office staff is always friendly and amazing.

Be careful living atStrawberry Hill Apartments inDurham an employee (maintenance)went into my apartment on two different occasions unauthorized and I discovered this through my cameras after I moved from this place.These people are sneaky snakes
