Tried to go in to make change for larger bills I had, they said I couldn't do that because I wasn't a customer of their bank. Seems like a pretty weird rule to have when that's literally the most common way I know how to break large bills.

Does anyone work at this bank? Regardless of day or time I call, representatives are always busy. Also doesn't matter which option you select. You get a voice mail. If it is this hard to get help before opening account I can only imagine what it will be like after you open one.
