“I met Matt, yesterday; seems like a good fellow. First impression, walking in, though, he tried to greet each customer who walked through the door, but he spoke so fast I could hardly hear or understand him. I took my time filling out the deposit slip. Matt told me there would be a hold on the deposit, and I asked him to call the regional loan officer who set up the account for us in order to release that hold. He did and everything ended up cool - money was not held and everything was ready to rock and roll. Smooth transactions, smooth conversations (even the tough ones) and no "'tude" to go with a tough conversation.”
