“As a small local business owner navigating the PPP process they have been amazing! Super helpful and friendly, and easy to communicate with. We've been banking at another huge bank (not naming names) for years and our experience there through these tough times was terrible. We were strung along for weeks with email responses not even able to get our PPP application filled out, only to be eventually told they weren't accepting any more applications. We then opened our account at First National and they were on the ball immediately. They helped with every step of the process and genuinely cared about our outcome. “I met Matt, yesterday; seems like a good fellow. First impression, walking in, though, he tried to greet each customer who walked through the door, but he spoke so fast I could hardly hear or understand him. I took my time filling out the deposit slip. Matt told me there would be a hold on the deposit, and I asked him to call the regional loan officer who set up the account for us in order to release that hold. He did and everything ended up cool - money was not held and everything was ready to rock and roll. Smooth transactions, smooth conversations (even the tough ones) and no "'tude" to go with a tough conversation.”
