Too many others had told us yes the car you are interested in is here, then bam the car wasn’t available. But Carrera assured me they would let me know if the car was sold while we were in transit. Much to our surprise it was there and ready for viewing and test drive. No hard sale tactics just wonderful customer service. “I bought a used Ridgeline from Mark Jacobson Toyota (Pre-owned) in Durham. There was a small problem with a crack in the molding in a rear wheel well.I bought the car with the understanding that they would fix it and had it noted on the paperwork. Long story short, there was a significant underlying issue with the bumper hidden from view. Evidently it had a small dent that meant the new molding would not have fit perfectly. They could have slapped the new molding on it and called it a day but they said "they wanted to do it right" and sent it off to the body shop to get a complete bumper replacement per the Honda Dealerships recommendation. Ramzi (car salesman) kept me in the loop the entire time. I never had to chase anyone for them to honor the agreement. Picked the car up today and it looks brand new. Rare to find honorable people in the car business. If you need a used car, give Ramzi a call.”

I have always been to large dealerships (Crossroads, Anderson, Heister, Carmax) and thought I was being treated good. Holland and Gary showed me that the large dealerships are only putting on a show and you really are a number there. Auto First treated me like an old friend. They didn't start the conversation with "what do you want your payment to be?" or "How much down payment do you have?". We talked cars and past experiences, and the atmosphere was the most relaxed I've ever been in. You don't get passed from salesman to manager to some other worker. You get straight honest facts about the car you want. They evaluated my trade and made an honest offer. I live an hour away and they went above and beyond getting the car inspected that afternoon, it was new on their lot, so I wouldn't have to make a return trip to pick it up. Definitely returning in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new to them vehicle.”

“I Bought a 2019 Yukon XL Denali from these folks. It's been about a month. Truck has been running just fine thus far. The vehicle was in great shape and condition when I picked it up. It's a high mileage vehicle, but seems to have been taken well care of, and also cleaned up real well, almost like new. The folks here were great to deal with. They gave me a good deal I think thus far. I think... If, and when it comes time to purchase another used vehicle... I may just look here first, perhaps... see if they can hunt me down what I'm looking for. Skeptical on buying used these days.... but if most dealerships were easy to work with, and showed the meticulous care in their vehicle choices and care of those vehicles....
