“I had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Durham. I purchased a CPO Mercedes-Benz EQS from out of state without seeing the car in person. The team did an excellent job creating a detailed video and walking me through the vehicle remotely, which gave me confidence in the purchase. They were very collaborative throughout the process, including arranging early shipping and putting a temporary license plate on the car. Even after the sale, when I had questions and needed some assistance, they continued to be responsive and helpful. Overall, I found the people at Mercedes-Benz of Durham to be honest, reliable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.”

“Yesterday we purchased a BMW 540i from Atlantic Exchange and Chip & Grey made the process absolutely seamless. I arrived before my scheduled appointment and watched Grey make sure that the car was in perfect condition. Grey allowed us to take the car on a pretty good test drive (unlike other car dealers) and we even took it on the highway. Grey was very patient and friendly and never made us feel rushed or pressured, and most of all, he answered all of our questions. If you are looking for a vehicle, check these guys out because they are honest, very knowledgeable about cars, and you can tell that they love what they do, hence the great customer service.”

“Amazing dealer! George did a great job showing us the truck and getting the spare keys so that we could unlock the bed cover. After the test drive we were also offered complimentary drinks. Prices are fair and all within reason. After our purchase, this dealer even topped the car off with gas for us and had it washed before we left the lot, all complimentary. Would definitely go here again if car needs arise! 2015 Nissan Frontier 7/14/26”

“I had a very positive experience – everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. They took care of the entire registration process, and the purchase itself was very easy and quick. My test drive beforehand was also completely straightforward. I received the car in excellent condition, especially after I had pointed out a few issues that were immediately fixed before the purchase. All in all, I can highly recommend this dealership. I am very satisfied and truly happy with my new car.”

“Had a great experience working with Jeff and the Boulevard Pre-owned team! I'd randomly run into one of the guys that run the shop a couple months earlier at a nearby vintage furniture shop and the owner recommended them. Then ran into them by chance when the perfect Outback in my price-range and mileage range popped up on their website. Jeff was great at communicating, and up front about the car and price. The car itself is in great shape and haven't had any surprises after taken it to the shop to get it checked. He also got me a great rate for the part of the car I had to finance. Overall it's been a smooth and pleasant process and no surprises, would easily recommend to anyone looking for a used car in the area.”

“I’ve bought 2 cars from gti ! My most current one is a Lexus which ive had for almost 4 years ! It’s such a great car! It’s so reliable..in fact out of the four years..a minor part (axle) broke..which was an easy repair. Another reason why I like gti was the low car payment. It’s hard to find a reasonable car payment in todays age. Thank you GTI for making my life easier by providing with a great car ! The car process was also super easy and quick. If you have a decent deposit and insurance your good to go ?”

“My husband and I had an amazing experience today! We left with his dream truck and couldn’t be happier. Manny worked closely with us to find exactly what he wanted and made sure the trade-in and purchase aligned perfectly with our financing needs. The sales manager, Jay helped meet us where we were and connected us with a contact for upgrades we hope to make soon. Jairo guided us through the finance process and made everything clear and easy. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. We never felt pressured at any point, and everyone was transparent. The team even stayed two hours past closing to make it all happen, which truly meant a lot to us. We highly recommend them! 10/10 experience! Thank you again, Manny, Jay, Jairo, and team :)”
