They were very collaborative throughout the process, including arranging early shipping and putting a temporary license plate on the car. Even after the sale, when I had questions and needed some assistance, they continued to be responsive and helpful.

“Wow. I dont typically leave reviews but Ravi (Bald Head) deserves an 8star rating. Head light out, bought two to replace. Still didn’t work. Ravi allowed me to repackage and return and then took the time to help trouble shoot and identified a bad fuse, replaced, and then replaced the other for good measure. The time, service, and result was unexpected. This however, will be my go to auto parts store simply because of this above and beyond expectation and experience. Well done!”

“Can’t recommend this shop enough. Damaged my Land Cruiser while off roading at Uwharrie so insurance was a no go. Scheduled an estimate and discussed options. They were able to repair the panel instead of replacing it which saved me a significant amount of money. Dropped it off Monday and it was ready to go the following Friday. If you need some bodywork done for a reasonable price go check them out!”
