I started to have trouble with it trying to crank and found out the starter was going out so it would work intermittently. Uptown Auto compensated me for the starter even though it was “as is”.”

“I was originally disgusted with having to deal with looking for another car, since someone ran into my own (which I owned and had to now go into payments which made me apprehensive about the whole search).I got a call from Vasaugh Archer (salesperson) for Enterprise. He was informed or discovered I was renting due to my car loss. I agreed to come see what Enterprise could do for me since I bought my first car through them, and because Mr. Archer, sound very professional. On day of appointment, he had several vehicles for me to look at since I gave him a slight profile of what I liked and didn't like. He got me to like something there, and he sat me down the next day after my visit and I signed for my newest vehicle. Paperwork was simple, mannerisms were fantastic, and some of the other staff members were great as well in this process, such as Teree Willis, and another young lady in the front office who was also very polite and attentive. Every question was answered by Mr. Archer, every possible accommodation was given to us. He makes one see how hard a man works for his family, and for his client! I recommend the service and the experience. Last car I bought from Enterprise lasted me 10 years!”

“Highly recommend this used car dealership. AJ provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond what many other dealerships would've done. We stopped here to look at a Toyota Prius V back in March 2023 and the car has functioned flawlessly since we've purchased it. Prior to us checking out the car, it had been serviced at the local Toyota dealership and they replaced the brake actuator system under warranty. While test driving the car, the brakes seemed to make more noise than normal, so AJ took the car back to the dealership in which they went over the entire system again to make sure everything was working as normal. When we went to pick up the car and finalize the purchase, AJ had gone ahead and filled up the gas tank for us so we didn't need to get gas on our way back home (we live about 1 hr 15 mins away). They also shipped our license plate to us so we didn't have to drive back to Raleigh. There was no pressure to purchase this car and it was a very pleasant experience overall. If we're ever in the market again for a used car, we'll definitely be checking out Triangle Motors first. Highly recommend!”
