Why do they deliver magazines like this? This is ridiculous. I don’t pay for a subscription to get beat up magazines. It’s not like they can’t roll it up because they’ve done it before. I’ve been a subscriber for over 20 years and I’ve never had magazines delivered in the mail like this!

How is the internet still down there 24 hours in and no one has fixed it? Is this not a government agency? Terrible location with unhelpful staff.
