Maybe if the really rude gentleman, who dismissed me before even hearing my concern because they didn’t service my address, would have listened to me, I would have my package right now. But unfortunately it won’t arrive until time for my flight tomorrow.
I understand they might be understaffed, but that’s also not my problem.

My package were moved around different facilities when it said out for delivery on the website and then when spoke to a men he told me he had my package in front of him in his hand but remind you it said out for delivery then later it was at a different postal services building where then I just went to that location and picked it up after hours of waiting cause it was misplaced

Why do they deliver magazines like this? This is ridiculous. I don’t pay for a subscription to get beat up magazines. It’s not like they can’t roll it up because they’ve done it before. I’ve been a subscriber for over 20 years and I’ve never had magazines delivered in the mail like this!

They steal at this post office. I sent my phone in the mail to my elderly father via kiosk and it started to be used that same night because I see the use on my tmobile acct. I called the office and let them know. I had insurance on it and they never called back. Thieves.

Having the worst luck receiving mail to my new address. Did the change of address and everything. Placed a paper stating the names that belong in the mail box, they put the names wrongly spelt. Left a note in the mail box, they ignored it, moved it to the side and placed mail to a different apartment number!! When it clearly shows what number apartment that mail box belongs to. Package arrived to Raleigh Friday and was suppose to be delivered Saturday, as of Monday it is in PA. Makes no sense.

I requested my mail be forwarded and had to go in multiple times and every time they could not find the filed paperwork. Once they processed this I still did not receive any forwarded mail. I have tried calling and every time I am put on hold for 45+ minutes and then hung up on. We are a business and rely on getting our claim checks in the mail and this has been extremely frustrating.

I have not received mail for two days. The mail person drove up and down the street twice. They did not stop at any of the mailboxes on the street.
