“Fantastic experience. (Will update review as dog heals.) (Dog 100% now) Dog had a bad gash across her pad, called around to a few places, Falconbridge had an opening (amen). **Update 1 was A+++****Update 2, phenomenal. . . Burkholder and other staff here are exceptional. they've taken great care of me and my dog. best vet I've ever experienced****Final Update** Dog is perf. Its been two months and her paw is normal now. It was more-or-less normal about a month ago. Falconbridge did great. I use another vet for regular pet stuff but will likely move over to this vet because of how great everyone is.All staff were exceptional: the phone person was easy to talk to and attentive, Dr. Lara Burkholder and the other person who helped her (sorry I forgot your name) were professional, attentive and confident (considering the injury to the dog the staff here were terrific) .The dog's pad was still intact but some of it was flopping off. Dr Burkholder and staff checked it out and immediately knew what to do. Dog got anesthesia and they stitched her paw back on. From phone call to dog home it was less than 3 hours--super great experience by these pros.I have not been able to look at the stitching to see what is going on with her pad as it is wrapped up, so I cannot comment on that part of the dealio yet.I have two more appointments with Dr. Burkholder to check on the healing and what not. As of now the service here is great and I would come back.**Update** Dog has some spotting of blood appear on her bandage, I called, and they found time to take her in same day to check out the wound and see how it was healing. I was in and out with a new bandage and happy dog. I still did not see the stitches myself but confidence in this place, at this point, is great. Thank you Falconbridge!!”

They have cared for my 2 senior dogs for almost 8 yrs, through a cancer diagnosis, multiple surgeries, a thyroid condition, you name it. They are completely upfront about the cost of tests and procedures, and are honest about options for care. They are also kind, very quick about follow ups, and just generally so loving with my dogs. “Dr. Burkett and staff offer excellent care for feathered family members. My husband and I are new to birds; we accepted a rescued Dove into our lives about a month ago. We purchased Dr. Burkett's book, which was an amazing help to someone new to bird care! I am thoroughly impressed with his experience, his credentials, and his accomplishments in the field of avian veterinary medicine. I just knew I just had to have any bird in my care become a client of his. Before I could schedule wellness exams for my new doves, I thought one dove was coming down with an illness. I did my best 'bird nursing' for a few days before his appointment and was concerned that he would be gravely ill- too ill to save. At the appointment Dr. Burkett eased my mind within moments. He told me Turnip looked fine and ran a fecal test, which came back clear. With our being new to bird care and my heart for animals, Dr. Burkett could have executed as many unnecessary diagnostic tests as he wanted and I would have agreed. However, he only did what he thought was necessary and certainly didn't exploit my novice or emotional attachment to little Turnip. Before I left I scheduled wellness appointments for both doves and two pigeons. I am happy to patronize Dr. Burkett's practice and business. I am grateful that he is able to provide care for my feathered family members.”

“I started taking my dogs to Colony Park initially because of it's proximity to my home (who doesn't like being able to walk your crazy dogs to the vet?) but I have been continually impressed by the care that the entire staff takes with my dogs. They know our dogs by name and you can tell our dogs enjoy going there. When we have had emergencies, I have always been able to get an appointment right away. We use them for boarding and I find their prices to be less than other places in the area. During this past snowstorm, Colony Park staff sent me a video of my dogs playing in the snow and even let us pick the dogs up when the office was technically closed because they knew that we were walking distance to the office. It's that kind of care and concern that makes me feel good about having Colony Park take care of my precious pups.”

“We ended up here with my darling cat after 6 days of not eating, 4 other “primary” vet visits and having a feeding tube placed. The ER doctor and Dr. Singer in internal medicine were so caring and compassionate. We were fortunate that we could afford to do diagnostic testing. They got my cat’s nausea under control and back to tolerating food enough to come home while we waited for the biopsy results. During this time we were emailing everyday with updates and any minor questions I had. Unfortunately, my cat does have cancer but the internal medicine team has continued to support us with starting chemo. The whole staff has been so pleasant and kind through this scary past month. I’m not sure if my cat would have survived much longer had we not been able to get this diagnosis. I am thankful for the team at TVRH for giving us more “good days” with my cat.”
