“Dr. Francis is, by far, the best veterinarian I've come across since I adopted my pit bull 3 1/2 years ago. Recently, I took my dog in for serious gastrointestinal and bowel issues—specifically, loose stools and scooting.
After a thorough two-hour visit with Dr. Francis, I walked out with a comprehensive plan. Within just one week of following the new, strict diet, I saw significant positive changes in my dog's stool and activity level.
If you're dealing with food issues, allergies, or any other health concerns with your pet, I highly recommend Dr. Francis. She is incredibly patient and will work closely with you to create and adjust a plan until the problem is solved. She listens to your concerns and is truly phenomenal.”

After moving from another vet that was good but not great, my wife and I have been thoroughly impressed with the care and attention all of the staff gives to our Golden Retriever. The techs are all very kind and knowledgeable, and the veterinarians really take the time to discuss details and care options.
Their availability is also great - we’ve consistently been seen same-day when an issue crops up, even on weekends. Highly recommend!!”

“Our brother-in-law recommended Swift Creek Animal Hospital, after using it for his own pets for nearly 40 years. People in the waiting room were complimentary of each other’s pets, as was the desk staff. Elijah, a vet tech greeted us and took basic info. Dr. O’Brien was super friendly. She asked about the place where we “rescued” our dog, and gave helpful advice about basic obedience as well as a plan for his vaccinations, etc.”

“Woke up to my dogs face swollen on one side and I was FREAKED OUT> Newish to the area and had no idea where to go. Thanks to NextDoor - I saw 2 recommendations that stood out. I was SO lucky to call Ansede. They were beyond kind even though I was a bit panicked. They got some info over the phone and told me to come on in. They were amazing. Everyone was nice - Cookie was wagging her tail the whole time. They took us right in and were quick to assure me that Cookie was fine and it was most likely just a bug or spider bite. They did a couple other maintenance things since we were there and get more done since we were paying the visit fee. They were the best - and they are now Cookies official Vet! Highly recommend !!!”

He needed dental surgery, which Dr Regena successfully administered.
He is better able to eat now, out of pain and back to his sweet self.

“My daughter and son-in-law take their pets to Armadale, and they recommended me to Armadale Animal Hospital, and now my pets go there. They are always excellent, every doctor, and they make us feel like family. I recently lost my cat to cancer, and was so sad through the process, and the veterinarians at Armadale Animal Hospital were always there for me when I had questions. When I had to finally say goodbye to my dear cat, the doctors could not have been more gracious with their service and care. They took a difficult time for me and my family and made it as personal and caring and loving as possible. They are a one of a kind hospital. So grateful.”

“My fur baby, Coconut Milk, and I were clients here for over 10 years, and the main reason I always came back was Dr. Goetz. Her compassion and dedication are truly unmatched.
At one point, I brought in a foster pet who required several services and could be a bit aggressive. The staff handled him gently and responsibly, offering thoughtful recommendations for medications and safe restraints to help make future visits less stressful. They could have turned us away during that first visit, but instead they showed patience, understanding, and kindness. They even discounted some services because I was working with an adoption agency, which meant so much to me.
Dr. Goetz’ care extended beyond just my pets. On one occasion when I was having a difficult day, she personally called me because she noticed I didn’t seem like myself. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and unforgettable. When facing incredibly hard decisions about surgery, hospice, or euthanasia, Dr. Goetz was kind, supportive, and thorough—providing resources, answering questions, and even texting me on her day off to help me make the best decision for my pet.
If I ever need a veterinarian again or am asked for a recommendation, I would absolutely recommend this clinic. They even host occasional fun events where families can eat, play, and tour the entire office—including the back—which really shows how welcoming and transparent they are.
I am endlessly grateful for Dr. Goetz and the entire team.”

“Read some of the reviews and I total disagree with the negative comments. I saw Dr Fisher for the first time in 1989 and when I moved to the OBX I continued to make the 3.5 hour drive for him to see my dog Maddie. I have never experienced anything but wonderful service from him and his staff. I still refer people to him and always will. He is not all about the $$, he’s about your pet and common sense, but like any Dr. he deserves to be paid for his services. Dr. Joel Fisher is and always will be the BEST Vet in Wake Co., or Dare Co. for that matter!!!”

“Just before the snow storm a few weeks ago we brought our dog Benny here to be euthanized. He was 13 and was scheduled for home euthanasia a few days later due to a chronic condition. We woke up on a Saturday morning and realized he had deteriorated even more so we called around and found this place. They were reasonably priced but what blew us away was that they were so kind and understanding. We were a blubbering mess and Dr. Amanda Gale as well as the vet tech were so gentle with our Benny. We received a hand written card in the mail today from Dr. Gale and just wanted to say publicly how grateful we were for their help during such an awful time. Our Benny was sweet and gentle, but disliked a vet’s office. His ending was peaceful and honorable thanks to the help of the staff.

“I selected this vet clinic after visiting several in the triangle area. I with they were the first one I tried, because of how awesome they have been. It is incredible the work that they do here. I have a kitty with multiple illnesses, and Dr. Davis consistently communicates with me via email (even outside working hours) to provide me guidance on what I should do. She has spent so much time trying to help me get my kitties blood sugar regulated, and I could not be more grateful. Her knowledge and dedication to the practice has helped us along the stressful path of chronic management of a kitty disease. I could not have asked for a better Vet. Please choose this hospital if you're looking to find a competent clinic. Trust me, I sifted through a lot of clinics with staff who came off as uncompassionate (perhaps burnt out) or with a general "get them out of the office" mentality, so you will be thankful to have selected this one. They really take the time and care about your pet.”
