“I love this store. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I needed some supplies for my fur baby and an employee came to assist me. He helped me find what I was looking for and directed me to some things he suggested I try. I’m happy and my pooch is too. I hope I get his name right but I think it was Joe or Joel. Needless to say, bring your pets here cause they are awesome.”

“Even though they didn’t have EXACTLY what I needed (a surgery recovery suit for my kitten) Samantha was VERY helpful in giving me tips for keeping them safe and ideas to find what I need or a substitution for what I was originally looking for.”
“This was the cutest pet shop! They had treats, home decor, toys, dog food. Basically anything you could imagine! I took my dog there to celebrate her first birthday, and we got her a pup friendly cupcake and a few new toys to spoil her. The people were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!”

“We were referred here by our regular Avian vet for an immediate need surgical procedure. Drove from Fayetteville to them and it was completely worth the drive! They were ready and waiting for us and had us in and out in maybe 30 minutes. Highly recommend for service, price and friendly atmosphere.”

“It was quick and easy to get the dogs registered and vaccinated. It would have been better if they had been at the front of the store and maybe using the grooming office. Instead of the back of the store on food pallets.”
“I took my previous dog here for years before she passed away. They were always so sweet to her and she almost always saw the same groomer which was great because then she was excited to see her friend. I recently rescued another dog and they were just as wonderful with her. Both dogs are husky mixes so all the floof to manage.”

“Always able to schedule grooming for my 90lb lab/shepherd mix Leo. They do a great job with a shampoo, brush out, and brush teeth. Leo gets so excited when we pull into the shopping center and can't wait to get back to the salon, leading the way. So I take that as they treat him well. Employees are very nice while shopping as well.
Dont listen to the hater posting 1 star as i have never experienced anything she posted. Take from Leo who is very happy with this PetSmart!!”
“Took my two miniature schnauzers for grooming today. One was groomed by Jerry and the other was groomed by Andrew. Oh my, they did the absolute best jobs on my fur babies. They looked like show dogs. I highly recommend both of these gentlemen. Couldn’t be happier with their work!”
“Always a pleasant shopping experience at Southpoint, NC location for live fish and supplies. Fish lady with face piercing/s is friendly and knowledgeable regarding fishies and plants. All my Australian Rainbows; corydoras and guppies are thriving and healthy, going strong for 5 months. Place is also clean and organized. Would recommend for your aquarist’s needs.”
