My former bank was taken over by another company and I couldn’t deposit or withdraw money from my account. Even though Ms Rubio wasn’t able to fix the problem (not her fault) she gave me several options to try, and was very honest about the specifics of the situation. Great customer service. “I've been with First National Bank since they bought out Newbridge and they have been great. Their fraud division has caught issues as soon as anything happened on my debit card. They allowed me to open an account when I needed it the most. Every time I have drove up thru the window everything was smooth. Likewise when I had to go inside. Their app is wonderful. No long waits with either. 5 stars in my opinion.”
