Hours: The Eden YMCA offers many services to Rockingham County near Greensboro, North Carolina. It is more than a gym or swimming facility. It is an organization that builds belonging, empowers individuals and supports the community. Group exercise classes, youth sports, youth enrichment programming, teen programs, swimming lessons, child care, active older adult classes and specialized programs are available in the branch and in the community. Members see the facility very nice and friendly. Children enjoy swimming lessons and have so much fun while the coach helped them adjust to the water. The staff is helpful and friendly. Cycle classes are not easy but the coach and other participants encourage everyone. The Eden YMCA makes an impact on lives in the community.
