“Definitely my kind of gym. 24-hour access.. Plenty of free weights. I believe the dumbbells go up to 125 lb. Extremely spacious plus a back room to work out in private. Best thing about this place is they don't make us pay an application fee . Just one flat rate of 55 a month”

The workouts over time also built up my resistance with my asthma and not having to use my inhaler as much. After spending time out of the gym for various reasons I am excited to get started back because I truly felt my best when I was active!”

“The Eden location is extremely clean, while the staff are super helpful and kind. I enjoy socializing with my gym buddies and staff.
I started the this process in March 2025. With guidance from Noah the trainer I've lost 41 lbs and feel great. I've decreased pant sizes 18w to 14. I am still a ways from my goal, but I will keep going. I am excited to see the final product. Thanks for all the support.
