“I'm just here to give Becka a 5 star review because she is absolutely amazing I have been a long term customer with Cricket and within the past few months haven't been able to get any help through the 611 customer service number but Becka at the Eden store location is knowledgeable she has the BEST customer service, she does a wonderful job multi tasking to achieve numerous goals for multiple customers within a short time span. I honestly can't say enough good things about Becka if you have an issue she will do what she can to resolve the problem and it's a relief to get such good customer service when a lot of companies are struggling in that aspect so if you are with Cricket or thinking about going to Cricket I do recommend it but I highly recommend visiting Becka at the Eden location for any of your phone needs. Honestly Becka needs a raise and should be training all the Cricket employees!”
“I love Aarons furniture and every single person in my local store, I’ve got the best team anyone could ask for, everyone is so helpful and friendly, they work with you not against you, when my bank acct. got hacked they helped me out and waited with me for my new bank to arrive in the mail, they were so patient and helpful, I was upset cause I’m never late but, they comforted me and promised no one was gonna take my bedroom set away ?, I just love this place, I’ve already got plans of what to get cause my br set is almost paid off ?????????”
