Store after calling the customer service number to switch my phones over to T-mobile but was told I had to go to my local store to get my service turned on, I’m so glad I did, Ashley helped me today with getting my phone service on, She was absolutely incredible. Many times Ive been frustrated with these type of situations . Not with her, she greeted me as soon as I went in the door, asked how she could help me, immediately set in on my issues and had me on my way in matter of minutes. Ashley was very friendly and kind. Best service ever!!!”

“I'm just here to give Becka a 5 star review because she is absolutely amazing I have been a long term customer with Cricket and within the past few months haven't been able to get any help through the 611 customer service number but Becka at the Eden store location is knowledgeable she has the BEST customer service, she does a wonderful job multi tasking to achieve numerous goals for multiple customers within a short time span. I honestly can't say enough good things about Becka if you have an issue she will do what she can to resolve the problem and it's a relief to get such good customer service when a lot of companies are struggling in that aspect so if you are with Cricket or thinking about going to Cricket I do recommend it but I highly recommend visiting Becka at the Eden location for any of your phone needs. Honestly Becka needs a raise and should be training all the Cricket employees!”

“Lost my phone during a trip out of town I Received excellent Customer service from Michael he helped me get a New phone and I was able to get all my old pictures and information back from my lost phone. I recommend anyone who needs a phone to come see Michael he is the best!”
