“The premier gym of seasoned lifters in Henry County. Welcome to anyone from day one to day 10,000. All forms of machines and space for training. Highly professional and knowledgeable staff. If you've read this far, come become the best version of yourself and make friends dedicated to health and betterment within the community. It's a nominal sum to become something you cannot ever buy.”

“Management here has always been excellent and always steady about keeping this gym clean and welcoming. Thank you, Christina! It’s been really consistent since the gym’s initial opening years ago. I compare lots of other PFs with this gym, and while some PFs are more spacious or have extra machinery, this one is hard to beat due to the welcoming environment from its patrons AND the staff, combine that with how clean it is and it’s really hard to beat this one. I guess what I’m trying to say is that this gym is super homey and comfortable, which makes my workouts more enjoyable.”
