“I'm just here to give Becka a 5 star review because she is absolutely amazing I have been a long term customer with Cricket and within the past few months haven't been able to get any help through the 611 customer service number but Becka at the Eden store location is knowledgeable she has the BEST customer service, she does a wonderful job multi tasking to achieve numerous goals for multiple customers within a short time span. I honestly can't say enough good things about Becka if you have an issue she will do what she can to resolve the problem and it's a relief to get such good customer service when a lot of companies are struggling in that aspect so if you are with Cricket or thinking about going to Cricket I do recommend it but I highly recommend visiting Becka at the Eden location for any of your phone needs. Honestly Becka needs a raise and should be training all the Cricket employees!”

“My wife and I came to get a new flip 5 for each of us Sean was our salesperson he went over and above and out of his way to make sure that we got the plan we wanted and the phones that we wanted today he even found a second flip five at another location and is going to go after hours to pick it up and bring it back for us tomorrow this is the type of customer service everyone needs in this world Sean is an amazing icon of Verizon wireless, we need more of them and he needs a raise and a promotion :-) God bless you Sean”
