I have been trying to get pay off paper work for a van that was totaled for over a year. Still dont have the paperwork...and am paying on a van I dont even have. Do not use this bank.

I love our bank. Numerous time we have needed help with something, with banking, copies, or fax and always ALWAYS the people are kind courteous and helpful.

Dad has been banking with them for years, but says when he goes to get his pension on the first, they don't want to give him his money. When he tries to deposit money, they are confused and end up putting it in the wrong account.
