“My family recently switched phone carriers. It was quite challenging as we had some family out of state. Long story short, we had to do our phone trade-ins and different times. Jason and Topanga were our initial contacts and they were fabulous. Prior to the final phone trade-ins, Jason took the time to write a note with instructions of everything needed to be done to ensure we got the promotions as we were on a timeline. My husband brought the phones in with the instructions and Veronica or Victoria (couldn’t remember for sure) assisted as Jason was on vacation. We recently received a bill from our old cell company and saw that the remainder of our phone balances were not paid off and we were auto charged. I inquired on Sunday and they recommended I come back to talk with Jason. He was off for the day. Jason went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. So glad I made the switch to T-Mobile that I even had my mom switch carriers!”
