I’m so glad I decided to go in store to upgrade my phone ! They all were so nice Gerarys helped me upgrade my phone , Antonio and John found me a nice case that was on sale and everybody made sure I was ok with it before I left the store . I will be returning to the store from here on out to do my purchases and upgrades

My phone was completely locked up. I could not use it at all!!! I went to US Cellular in Elizabeth City. Antonio and John would not give up until my phone was working. I would say these guys are top notch and US Cellular is fortunate to have them on staff!!!
