It's the worst service I have ever experienced.1) they lie about the pricing2) they will sell you a deal and change the plan before your first bill3) their phones are double priced4) customer service is unhelpful5) the bills are insanely high and they charge $80 taxes per month6) 2 lines that we supposed to be $50 are costing $266 and they aren't explaining why.7) they will even tag add ons you don't ask for.I have asked for help multiple times and they refuse to explain anything. They just want their money.Just go to Cricket.

The customer service at this facility was outstanding. Well worth the hour and a half drive. The manager was informative, helpful, and intelligent. Everyone here had a smile on their face. And coverage by US cellular rocks!

This location only exists to take your money. They don't provide any technical support and are understaffed, so quality customer service wont be a thing either. A complete waste of my time. Take your issues elsewhere.

I wrote a review yesterday and it disappeared. I was warned by so many people not to go here because the manager is so terrible. I didn't believe it and went anyway. They were right she is beyond horrible. I think she hates old people. No eye contact. Parked so close to my bumper I had a difficult time getting out of the parking spot directly in front of the store - hers? Unlocked door - no - Good Morning, doors open come in - jump in the lake. The older gentleman and I just stared at each other at how lacking in manner she was and pushed the heavy door open. We are both minorities in addition to being handicapped seniors. Next call is to the ACLU and American with Disabillities Center. She wore no mask as she was behind plexiglass and I assume vaccinated - what's the Governor's current guideline - seems she would want to protect herself at least. We chose to do our business with the kind help full other agent as the manager was on personal calls the entire time. I hope who ever it was will get a ride to where ever they needed to go. The store owner must have already made their fortune. I hear they have.

Never choose us cellular for your cellular needs, no matter where in Gods creation you are you will never receive good data speeds, you’ll drop from full LTE to 1x as soon as you try to use data. Waste of money. Nothing against the store though, very clean and friendly.

I went on to the store on 5-14-19 and left with a data plan and a new phone. They said my bill would $69.96. 15 days later I get a message that I can now pay my bill of $127.00

Had been with US Cellular for more than a decade but left them due to poor service in VA. I'm back with them now and the cellular and data reception in VA is substantially better than it was back in 2014 due to increasing the partnership with presiding providers in that market. Also, data roaming is now free. US Cellular has always been great as far as rural coverage in NENC. I've always thought this particular store was very welcoming. You'll save a ton over Verizon and have comparable savings to Sprint but with better reception!
