“This was the most kindest, caring customer transaction I think I've ever came across. Ray was extremely kind. Took over an hour of his busy time to talk with me like i was his family member. Gave me very useful knowledge about jewelry, and even the history of the area. Connecting with the customer and not just treating me like a dollar sign. I would go back just for the conversation. He helped me pick out the most beautiful diamond bracelet, and gave me the best price I've ever seen so it was hard to refuse!!!
I give this store 100 out of 10 stars. If you DONT shop or even stop by Ray's, you've only let yourself down!”
