“My daughter was 2.5 hours away from home after leaving a wedding she was a photographer for and got two flat tires on a pothole. She was able to get it to Jack Hicks and they were so kind and accommodating, going way above and beyond to try and help her. They put on one donut, let her park her car there for several days, and when she finally got back there, they put the other donut on so she could safely get back home and get two new tires. They offered her water, a bathroom to use, and tried every trick they could think of to save one of the flats, even looking in their shop for another donut that would fit her car (to no avail). There are Earth angels among us, and the crew at Jack Hicks are them! THANK YOU for your care and consideration!!”
