“Just happen to see the reviews while checking the closing time and was shocked to see the many critical reviews. Not many say where they live or the name of the mail carrier. I live on Sugar Mountain and have the best mail carrier ever. I know Amazon must be an added burden, but you wouldn't know it with our great lady, with a happy hello every morning! No problems at all getting deliveries or regular mail. So just wanted to add my 2 cents!”

“This is easy and and easy out it's got a nice parking area it's a nice flat service on the way up to the door also a handicap ramp up to the door low one. Has 24-hour mailbox inside and a standard street mailbox on the outside. You have to be careful looking left and right when you leave the parking lot but there is a central island where you can drive into to avoid traffic coming from either directions their traffic isn't heavy there either. The personnel behind the counter our friendly and accommodating you can get stamps or window service with the receipt mailed and printed out. The parking lot is always nice and clean and it's got plenty of entrance and exit space also.”
