Literally stumbled upon this place driving back from Tennessee. Saw a sign that said coffee & I was sold! The gentleman who waited on us was helpful & friendly. The coffee was fantastic & some of the best I've had in NC so far. Sandwiches were also good!

Happened to stop by for a pick me up on the way back from Roan Mountain and was delightfully surprised at the array of assorted local goods, meats, produce, etc at this spot in Elk Park. Be sure to stop! It’s a true local gem with delicious coffee, pastries, and food plus a whole marketplace of items you can’t get anywhere else. We will be back before we had back to Raleigh!

This place has fed me for over a year now. It is everything you want if you love beautiful family-farmed produce and meats. The Trosly family is absolutely lovely, and nothing has ever topped the quality of the produce and meats I get from there. The store is stocked with so much at times that you don't really need to go grocery shopping for other things unless you want to. They have fresh produce and meats, cheeses, desserts, pantry items, and more. I've also had the pleasure of attending a beautiful meal with the Farm to Table Feasts they offer. All around, I cannot think of a place I enjoy more than the Liar's Table. If you are a locally grown produce/meat aficionado, this is your dream come true. The picture I've attached is my most recent haul!

Unfortunately I will not be supporting or shopping at either of these businesses, as they are not accepting CASH anymore. This is not a good trend for our country and future(not accepting cash)

Great place. Great fresh produce. Friendly staff. Would love to see a vegetarian or vegan option? panini with your great pesto, veges and homemade sourdough bread would be awesome. We will be back! That’s the only reason for 4 instead of 5. So happy to amend my 4to 5 stars ?? thank you Liars table for adding some very delicious vegan options. I highly recommend the tomato soup and quinoa salad! Delicious with super fresh ingredients. ?♥️?

Had a turkey and provolone panni sandwich, delicious. Nice helpful staff, clean, and ate indoors. Had handicapped parking.
