“Kudos to Sandra Bryant! She is very helpful and very patient. Me and my husband walked in to open a credit card and she helped us get one. We also mentioned that we were having trouble with our joint account, my name won't show up on the statements and I can't access it neither on online banking. She tried fixing it that day but couldn't do it right away , she needed to do some research as to why it was happening and promised me to call me when she finds out the reason why.
