“I love the way it is set up now. It's an adventure trying to learn where everything is again but worth it. I think the isles have a little more space, and check out is so much better. Some people don't like self check out, but I love it. I am not patient at all, so doing it myself with no wait is perfect. I also like the fact that the new system will let you know if an item is recalled. My Vienna's had been recalled, and the system would not allow me to even scan it alerted the store associate, who was also very nice and helpful. New Dollar General is a 5 for me.”

“Generally better to here than the one in Mt Airy. Only issue is there's aren't enough registers open. They need more than just the tobacco aisle register open. The self check is are great but sometimes a customer isn't wanting to ring up their own after shopping through the store.”

“Decided to take a drive out to the country today and ended up in elkin. I saw this market and had to stop by because it looked very intriguing. I'm very glad that I did because it was amazing. The store has a variety of vegetables, fruit, honey, and jams. The owner was a very nice gentleman. I can't wait to try out these new jams that I have never heard of before. I will definitely drive out here again just to go to this market. The prices were great and reasonable.”
