Mr. Brown took time to search old inventory to find the part and save us time and money. I had gone to Lowes for the parts (since they had sold us the door) and they gave us the run around. Lowes claimed we couldn't get the glass insert, but the supplier said Lowes had the ability to get what we needed. Needless to say, Peoples has a new lifelong customer. She went beyond her customer service skills to find this receipt we needed since we lost the original one.
