“I had this jacket tailored and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The fit looks so much better, especially through the sides and sleeves, and it feels comfortable while still looking polished. He paid great attention to detail and made sure everything sat just right. Super professional, friendly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I would definitely recommend him for tailoring!”

“Went shopping on Christmas Eve ? and stopped into to Sweet Caroline’s. My first time there ever. Got the cutest black shirt with a bow on the back and some super cute low cut boots. The boutique has a great vibe and they have a great selection of trendy clothes. I will definitely be back!”

“Excellent store! Great service! The lady ( can't remember her name) was knowledge of the product, anticipated our discrete undergarment needs and handled it very professionally. Although her store did it have our size, we were still able to purchase what we needed and it was shipped to us. She knew what to tell us and what to expect in the delivery. She was amazing! “I visited Redefined and picked up a few super cute items — one of them being a pair of camouflage OluKai slip-on shoes. When I got back home to Ohio, I realized I had two right shoes and no left shoe! (Apparently, I was only meant to walk in circles ?).
I called the store and left a message after hours, fully expecting not to hear back until later in the week. To my surprise, the very next day I received a call from Everleigh, who was more than apologetic and promised that finding my missing left shoe would be her top priority.
Sure enough, first thing the next morning she texted me a photo of the lost shoe in hand with an excited “?? Guess what I found!” message. She took my address to ship it right out, and when I asked how to return my extra right shoe, she told me their manager would include a return envelope — no shipping charges for me on either end.
In a day and age when true customer service is rare, Redefined absolutely shines. They were warm, engaging, and kind when I visited, and their follow-up went above and beyond. Everleigh told me their store is built on relationships and making friends — and they’ve definitely made a friend out of me. Next time I’m in town, I’ll be walking (with both shoes this time!) straight back to Redefined.”

“Waited in line for 25 minutes with one cashier waiting due to her not knowing how to do an exchange. Management along with other staff came to help. Store was pretty organized for the most part. I would still go back, I mean its Ross! They just need 2 cashiers at all times.”

“Amazing! I like their styles. They have clothes and little gift knick knacks type things as well. For reference, I am a 30 year old mom of three kids five and under. I can still rock their styles (if I wanted to, and my kids let me ?). The girl there was SUPER nice, friendly , and helpful! It was a wonderful experience. I will most definitely be back! Can't wait to see and hear about the new *weekly* styles! Mama needs some tops ha!”
