“hi all. this store has, hands down, the best customer service ive ever experienced.i had a super weird and random and unexpected question for the workers here.i called them up to ask, and the person who answered didnt know the answer.number 1 in awesome customer service: she immediately asked me if i want to be transferred to her manager.number 2: i said yes, and within like 1 minute, i was talking to Jake (Shoutout to Jake!!!)number 3: jake sat with me on the phone for like 30 minutes, figuring out the answer to my question, and was suuuuper nice and patient throughout.number 4: jake answered my question super professionaly, andnumber 5: jake didnt ask me for this review, i asked him if i cld write this lolI am very impressed.”
“This is probably my favorite store in Mebane. I've been shopping here for a little over two years now, and I've never had a bad experience, even when they've sold out of things that I've come in for. The women who work here are always helpful and pleasant to speak with. They make me feel welcome and appreciated, and they always make sure that I leave feeling excited about my purchases. The owner is also very friendly and well informed on the latest trends and customer needs, and she even helped me plan out an entire outfit with an item that I bought from her store last year. The whole team is always present and they have exceptional listening skills. They could probably teach an online class or two on delivering consistently great customer service.”
“Guess Factory has a superb collection of printed button-down shirts and t-shirts for men. Reasonable price and wide variety of styles. The quality is impressive, and the friendly staff make shopping a breeze. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to assist with any questions we had.”
“I hardly ever go to Gap I just decided to go here because its a Factory Store and most of the Gap Stores I go to are normal ones. I was able to find a hoodie which I really like.”
“A small shop but lots of good pieces to make beautiful outfits. Mostly casual clothes for the mature (not necessarily elderly) lady (think not for teens). I recently found several summer separates and a winter shirt on high discount. They almost always have lovely sales. And I have experience so much kindness and assistance from the employees. And being signed in for specials, the employees make sure I get the best price and discounts. Lovely clothes, lovely shopping.”
“I hands down love this place. Usually, I always have great memories from here because of the great experiences and interactions with employees and other shoppers. The ladies I am used working are seasoned, knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced with the product. They love it as much as I do.
To date I have never had a problem with a visit until my last. The usual employees were not working. They may have moved on. I didn’t ask but I was surprised to see young girls. At any rate. I bought five items and went shopping elsewhere.”

“This was my first visit to this location of Tanger Outlets. I found the traffic flow from the highway to the outlets went well. Changes are being made to the road leaving the outlet to make it easier to return to both directions of the interstate.I liked the overall layout of the stores and was impressed with the many seating options and overhead shading of the public area. Nice selection of well-known brands in the outlet business.Food options are limited, but there are certainly many food options on the main road.I was also impressed that there were no empty storefronts!”

“I had a great experience during my visit today to Saks Fifth Avenue in the Tanger Outlet in Mebane, North Carolina. I was searching for the perfect work dress and came across a dress on a mannequin that caught my eye. Unfortunately, my size was not available on the racks. Guadalupe, a store staff member, went above and beyond to assist me by promptly and skillfully removing the dress from the mannequin, allowing me to try it on. I ended up loving the dress and buying the dress. Guadalupe's attentiveness, patience, and kindness truly made my shopping experience memorable. I am grateful for the customer-centric environment at Saks Fifth Avenue, and special thanks to Guadalupe for her exceptional assistance!
