“I shop at this location regularly and overall I’ve had good experiences here, so I want to start by saying I appreciate the work your team does.
I did want to bring up something important that would make a huge difference for families like mine. My son is autistic, and shopping can be extremely difficult without the proper support. Right now, there aren’t any Caroline’s Carts available, which are specifically designed for children with disabilities.
Without them, something as simple as a grocery trip becomes stressful or sometimes not possible at all. And I know we’re not the only family dealing with this. There are many children in this community who would benefit from having access to these carts.
This isn’t about convenience. It’s about accessibility and making sure all families can shop safely and comfortably.
I really believe adding even one or two of these carts would make a meaningful difference, and I hope this is something that can be considered.”

“This is long overdue, customer service wise the women who handle the front counter are very sweet and personable. They are very Social and make Sure, you are taking care of within a timely manner. You never have to wait too long, and they always know And what direction to point you if you are lost and looking for a specific item. Keep up the hard work, ladies!”

“I truly love some (a few have a horrible attitude and act as if they hate the job they signed up for) of the staff, as they treat me so well. Sometimes waits can be long but in their defense, a ton of people use them and they can not help when people have questions. Like myself a lot of people are picking up multiple prescriptions, as well for themselves and family members.
