“After having several horrible experiences with CVS I felt like a number where I would have to talk with several different people to get anything resolved. Paul treated me like a person, looked me in the eye and gave me the feeling like I was a patient. I cant describe how good that made me feel, to be listened to. The prices are amazing compared to big pharmacies. No more big chains for me lets support local business.”
“I have been going to Sona Pharmacy for more than five years. It is the best pharmacy service I have ever received.... ever! HOWEVER, imagine my dismay when I received a letter from my insurance provider (Express Scripts/TRICARE) that Sona will no longer be part of that network as of 8/20/24. Obviously, I don't know the reason for your departure, however, most likely it is due to the fact that Sona and Express Scripts could not come to a contract agreement. This happened once before and at the 11th hour Sona remained in the network. I pray this happens again! As a proud veteran who served my country for more than 25 years, I think I can speak for your other retired military (TRICARE) customers in saying that you will be missed. I hope that if, someday, you do return too providing pharmacy services to retired military .... you will let us know. Thanks. Sorry to see you go. PS: I have shared my feelings with Express Scripts, as well.”
“The staff are all very friendly and helpful and prescriptions can often be filled within 10 to 15 minutes. The only reason I don't give them a 5 is their weekend closing.”

“Great customer service. I spoke with Ally at the Arden NC location. She was helpful in explaining my choices in the script as my doctor had sent it in with a choice of tablets or cream. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. Also, that I received a free delivery all the way from Arden to Jupiter was great, and the cost was very reasonable compared to my Part D drug company.”

“I have been ordering Curbside from 29 Tunnel Road Ingles for several years. Today, I picked up our order and everything was perfect. The expiration dates on my items allowed me several days or more to consume them. They bagged my groceries so well. My tomatoes were not squashed nor my breads. Cudos to Ingles on 29 Tunnel Road. I appreciate the care they put into filling and bagging my order!!”

“The system automatically cancelled my called in Rx from my Dr and it never corrected it to have a human fix it. They helped me get from different Walmart (one that's actually closer, but I choose to go to this Hendersonville Rd one) & put my savings code in so it would be taken care of automatically at other Walmart. Since it was Walmart's technology that failed my Rx, they are sending my pup's seizure meds free shipping so I don't have to go out of my way to different Walmarts this week to pick up both prescriptions. (They also have given me treats for my pup there before which is really cute.) The ladies on staff there really bring it with a friendly solution to try and fix issues. It doesn't go unnoticed by my fam!”

“Ryan and Jamie are both wonderful pharmacists. I recently had a prescription that was sent to the Publix in Weaverville instead of South Asheville. Ryan immediately took care of the problem. He contacted the Weaverville store, told them about the issue, filled my prescription right there on the spot, and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Ryan is also excellent at administering vaccines. He is very gentle and I barely feel anything. Thank you Jamie, Ryan, and all of the Pharmacy team for all you do!Update 11/11/2021Jamie administered my flu vaccine today. She is also wonderful giving vaccines. I won’t hesitate to have Jamie or Ryan give me any future vaccines!! I appreciate the excellent, professional care and work from these two pharmacist’s, and their team!”

“Update, I have used Fletcher CVS since we moved here in 2097. And of course Covid made all pharmacies a nightmare, so I am just referring to after the Covid time. Since I never got a check for not working during Covid, I don't know if the federal or state government is still handing them out and that is the reason why so many businesses are still shorthanded. But for whatever reason, cVS stores everywhere are shorthanded especially in the pharmacy. And I read an article not long ago ,that the CVS head corporation is putting a lot of pressure on the employees that are still working there. Requiring more of them with fewer less to do it. Sound familiar? Anyway, Fletchers CVS pharmacist s and their assistants or technicians(I am not sure of their exact job title) have ALWAYS treated ME with GREAT RESPECT, even when they were uninformed with phone calls and orders to fill. One employee ,Neal. Has been there the longest since we have lived in Fletchers. He is always kind, and encouraging and very helpful when I don't understand something about one of my medications. The pharmacist s also bend over backwards to accommodate me too and are very professional and kind . CVS 's problem is the CORATE OFFICE . They need to learn the word empathy for their employees and help them solve problems instead of ordering them around like they were their personal slaves. good as always”

“I have been incontinent and still in diapers most of my life and was paying out of pocket until I discovered through my doctor that insurance could help cover costs. Aeroflow Urology was able to get the brand I wear most often (Tranquility ATN) and my care team helped navigate that process. When I have had questions, I always get accurate information right away and they remember who I am and our last conversations! I speak to Brittany most often and she is amazing!My order reminders every month are helpful and I never need to worry about running out of diapers or not changing as often as necessary because of that or cost. My diapers arrive promptly on time every month before that happens! Thank you to the Aeroflow team for always being professional and compassionate! You make one of life's struggles a tremendous amount easier for me!”
“This VA is awesome including the surgery, dental care, eye care and primary doctors. I have health care which is better than I had with places like Duke and other when using the private care system. The employees including all staff are fabulous and go out of their way to help with any issue or concern. There is a great vibe there. One can easily tell the staff love their jobs. I suspect the management sets the tone for this facility and it makes all the difference. I have used other VA facilities before but this one is by far the best. It is rated #2 in the country for veg and employee satisfaction”
