An hour and a half drive later with a pitiful crying kitty I decided I wouldn’t put myself or my kitties through the nightmare again.I got an appointment with the Crossroads Clinic and it was an amazing visit. My kitties are scared of people (they were somewhat feral), but my kitties didn’t completely freak out with these strangers handling them. The doctor and his helper were so gentle with my babies.It was so much more than I expected. I felt so at ease with them and (almost), am happy that the other experience was so bad, I might not have had the luxury of having a house call. Wonderful!”

“My daughter's cat ran away last Tuesday the ninth. After days of searching we had all but given up hope. On Sunday morning, the fourteenth, this little missy came sauntering back. Not really sauntering, she had a broken hind leg. We immediately took her to the nearest pet ER. After a few hours we were indeed told that her leg was broken. Really? We left that vet and would wait until Monday. We were not happy with emergency vet either. We called Dr Hammond our usual vet. She had the emergency room x-rays and prognoses sent to her. After ten minutes she called us back and said she had cleared her calendar for the following day. We've picked up our 7 pound fireball and are so happy that Dr Hammond was able to save her leg. We would have been happy that our little girl was home even if it meant that she would only have three legs. Thankfully Dr Hammond was able to keep her whole. Our baby is on bed rest for the next month and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr Hammond.”

“After an emergency visit to MedVet at 4am Sunday morning, my dog Teddy was seen the next morning on an Emergency basis by Dr Holden as a new patient. I wanted to have him checked out after he had been prescribed a Nsaid med four days earlier for a problem he didn't have by another local vet and developed vomiting and bloody diarrhea. MedVet gave him a shot for nausea and some additional Rxs.Dr Holden reviewed the orders, expertly examined Teddy, and recommended he not take one of the inappropriate/too strong meds…and added two other Rxs that are calming to the GI tract.This is a vet practice that presents experienced practitioners and vet techs.I am confident that my pet Teddy will be receiving the most appropriate medical attention as we trust Haw Creek Animal Hospital with his care.”

“Love this practice and the people there. Both doctors take such good care of my babies. Dr. Bertelli diagnosed my dog of 6 years with a thyroid condition, something no other vet ever tested for. Now he is so much happier and more energetic. My first experience with this practice sold me as a customer.Today they were able to get them in for a last minute appointment to avoid me having to run to the emergency vet. And again, the care from Dr. Hawkins was great. She made sure to talk me through everything and to spend time listening to the questions and concerns I had. “Initially, my pet rat was referred to Dr Bolt by my regular vet due to a worsening condition. Dr Bolt's knowledge in treating exotics is second to none. His practice has the specialized equipment necessary for diagnostics and medical treatment of very small pets. Dr Bolt's exams are thorough and his knowledge immense. After a detailed explanation of the issues he found with my rattie, he presented me with several treatment options depending on what I felt comfortable with. Dr Bolt is now my go-to veterinarian for all three of my rattie boys. I cannot recommend him enough. And huge hugs to Michelle and LeighAnn at Sweeten Creek Animal and Bird Hospital for being the sweetest, most caring ladies!! “This was our first visit with Best Friends Mobile Vet Clinic and I am so happy with theirService. We have a very lg. dog who doesn'ttravel well and he was having trouble with his leg. The tech and the Dr. were so patient with him , they gave him time to adjust to being touched by them. The Dr. was able to find the problem and gave us the prescriptions to help our dog with specific directions to care for our dog.
