“The staff are always friendly. They have a great selection of cheeses, and they have decent meat. However on the downside I would not go here for produce as it is generally substandard. The prices are great but they do not offer a lot of known National brands. If you are selective as to what you purchase you can do real well and save money here”
“I like aldis they have great produce and their dairy products are greatly priced lower than regular stores and I love their bakery items especially their loaf bread it's so fresh and soft better than any other grocery store .all in all it's my favorite store to shop at .”
“I hope this is the right store, the one on 29 that used to be a Winn-Dixie a long time ago and is like right across from Sonic. If so, I have to give a shout out to Aurora send. I live in Cleveland and the other day I had a doctors appointment in Concord and didn’t have a phone charger with me and on the way home. My phone was at like 10% and I still had a good 30 minute drive. I get so nervous and anxious when my phone is dying and I’m driving, not to mention some roads still had icy spots. I decided to stop there because this area between China Grove and Kannapolis is one of those like everyone is friendly and helpful type areas lol. I told myself I was going to go in and try to find an employee that looks friendly and that likely had an iPhone lol and as soon as I saw Aurora I went straight to her. I explained my predicament and she didn’t hesitate to help. She plugged my phone up for me in the back to charge while I shopped, but I literally only needed two things so I just checked out the magazines and took my time getting my items. After about 10 minutes I went to the front, waited for her to check people out, let her know I was ready, and she went all the way to the back and got my phone for me (after ensuring her register would be covered by another employee) and checked me out. I didn’t catch the other lady’s name. She was an older woman, African-American, working the self check out area. This was about 9:30 AM and they weren’t busy at all but when a customer came to the regular check-out she jumped right in and helped cover while Aurora (I think she said her nickname was Sandy?) was getting my phone. Those 10 minutes charged my phone from like 8% to 35% and got me home safe. So thank you Aurora, for not making me feel like a burden and for being so kind and helpful. I wish more people were like you!”
“Love going to this food Lion in China Grove, other than it being new it is so much more friendlier and cleaner than that food Lion in China Grove down there by the graveyard I will never go back to that food Lion this one in China Grove on hwy. 29 will have my business for as long as I live here”

“They used to have plenty of water on hand at all times, now it's mostly empty all the time! I haven't been able to find water in many many months! Renovation needed with their supply schedule now Since they've finished the store restoration, God willing?”
“We got good carnitas and fresh tortillas to make tacos and picked up a few other things. The parking lot was packed and so was the store. Can see why it is so popular! A lot of people going for food after church. Smelled good in there and very clean. Unlike a lot of stores in Kannapolis that stink and are dirty. Not calling any names!”

My work requires me to travel extensively by far hands down, every Food Lion I've shopped at, I experienced consistently, Quality Products and exceptional staff who will graciously go the extra mile to ensure my shopping experience was fruitful.”

“This evening I was DoorDashing and my phone ended up dying during the process because the order was so so big I asked Dana if I could go to my car and charge my phone and leave the cart but after a few minutes I realized it was not working so I went back in and asked if she had block for the charger she asked a few employees as well and while I was waiting I noticed how she knew allot of the customers by name she was super friendly to everyone despite just helping me. All the customers seem to love her. Then eventually we had to use her car charger when she took her break which was a huge life saver. She is was my saving grace this evening. Thank you again so much!!!! She deserves a raise for dealing with me today lol and again thank you to all the other employees as well who witnessed me running back and forth through the store. ?”

“Rockwell Foodlion is on of the Best stores I have been to very clean store in stock items and the Cashiers where fast and friendly but my Experience at the Costumer service desk was the best Charity was great she was patient with me and very helpful with trying to send money thru western union I will 100 percent always come back to this store”
“Got here at 5:45a.m. for a 6a.m. appointment and was put in a door immediately. I was empty by 6:00am. Not sure of any amenities here. I didn't need to use anything. The place is not to big. There was enough room to come in and do a uturn and back into my door. I would definitely come back here. There is a Loves and a Pilot about 2 miles away. They was full around 7p.m.”

What makes the one in Granite Quarry worth driving to is the employees actual caring attitude, their willingness to help everyone, and their knowledge of inventory. Businesses are very competitive these days even among different stores in the same company but Dollar General in Granite Quarry is worth driving to if you're the type of person that likes knowing someone is truly listening to what you are saying and no they do not mind helping you.”
“Fantastic little Hispanic shop with a small home cook resturant in the back! Everything on the menu is cook to order and the menudo is one of the best around Salisbury! The staff is amazingly friendly and will take the time to understand even if you don't speak Spanish. The selection of fresh cut to order meat is fantastic and so is the selection of Hispanic grocery goods. Including up to 50 plus different type of drinks! Definitely worth a check if you're in the area and craving home cook Hispanic food!”
