American Flag Self Storage provides a clean facility with professional and helpful staff. Customers find the indoor units worthwhile for keeping belongings in the exact same condition. The business offers reasonable gate hours and competitive pricing, noted as the cheapest in the area. While a billing issue caused a disappointing threat of legal action, the responsive property manager provided cordial and supportive follow-up, restoring access and ensuring continued service. Overall, the customer service is very good and the facility comes with a recommendation.
American Flag Storage Santa Fe location is nothing but awesome! I thank Jamie and John for handling a very delicate situation for me in my absence. I gave you all a five because it would not let me give you a 10! Best storage company around. Again thanks for going above and beyond, and for being kind and understanding.
