“This place is absolutely lovely. The rooms are great. Full living room, kitchenette, a bathroom in the hallway that leads to a spacious and well furnished bedroom. Very clean and the management is wonderful here. She is very on top of things and makes sure to keep the riffraff away. There is a large courtyard that is well furnished with lawn chairs and even a few of the chairs you can lie down to tan on. Reasonably priced on site laundry and a little gym area with enough to get your workout in. I love how peaceful and quiet it is here. You rarely see anyone outside or in the parking lot. The manger is sweet as she can be but shes a no nonsense kinda gal and she means business! Def adds to the quality of your stay because you'll never see anything sketchy going on because if and when it does, she nips it in the bud right away. I will definitely be staying here in the future! By far the best hotel under $100 in Fayetteville!!!”

“My amazing experience started here with my tour of Kingsley Townhomes when I met Ever the property manager. She was very welcoming and kind and had the perfect answer to every question I am. I had some credit challenges going into the tour and she never made me feel like my personal situation would lead to a denial. While waiting for my application to come back I stopped in to the sister property Crystal Lake to speak to Ever about applying for one of there instead because it provided more of what I needed to accommodate my family, and she immediately smiled and told me she had the perfect apartment for me sitting right on the lake and that she would start getting it ready for me. Each time, I pulled up to follow up on the apartment if Ever was ever unavailable, Donnie with maintenance was always present and ready to answer any questions I had. He even knew the status of my specific apartment and was able to tell me the specific day it was available so I could plan accordingly. After showing back up on the day that Donnie told me the apartment was ready…I walked in the office and was greeted by Ever with a smile and account details and paperwork ready to sign to sign my lease. It was the smoothest transaction. Within fifteen minutes everything was finalized and I was out the door with keys to my new home. I am almost two months in and I could not be happier. Ever goes ABOVE and beyond for tenants. I have seen her interact with so many people and she always has the brightest most beautiful smile on her face. I would recommend her amazing customer to anyone who is looking for their new home. Stop by Crystal Lake apartments. You’ll be so glad you did!”

“I recently moved into this community and cannot say enough good things about the team here. The entire move-in process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. I moved in on a Saturday and my internet credentials didn't work, so I couldn't contact the office until Monday. As soon as I let them know, Lindsay, Alexis, and the property manager jumped right on it and had the issue completely fixed that same day. The rest of the office staff has been equally wonderful and welcoming.Just 6 days after moving in, my AC unexpectedly stopped working after hours. Even though it was after work, Wyndell from the maintenance team answered the emergency call and responded immediately. It was 94 degrees outside and 83 degrees inside, and he stayed until the issue was completely resolved and the air was working again.Beyond the stellar staff, the community itself is fantastic. I’ve already met several neighbors and everyone is incredibly nice. The residential area is also very quiet and peaceful. The entire team here genuinely cares about their residents, and their quick, kind service made a stressful move so much easier. I am incredibly happy to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!”

“We absolutely loved staying at Village Gate apartments. We were there for 3 years and felt completely at home. We were really impressed with Colleen, the Manager. She always took care of any issues or questions we had and treated us like family. The maintenance team also was fantastic. We had one small normal issue, and it was handled immediately. Village Gate is super safe and has a very nice community of people. I would highly recommend anyone looking at staying in Fayetteville to go in and take a tour. We were happy to call Village Gate Home for 3 years.”

Any noise complaints I had were promptly addressed. They generally kept good care of the complex and the kitchen upgrades were very nice.
