“100% recommend if your PCSing to the area stay here. GM Brad is a great and really supportive of soldiers. We passed the 14 day TLE and he was really supportive and willing to help us out. 21 years of military service and 5 PCS’s and never was met with as much kindness and true support for a service member as I did from this place. Rooms are larger than anywhere else. Much better than being cramped into a normal hotel room for a long stay. Make this your first call and stay. An easy walk to restaurants, movie theater and big mall. Just 10 mins to the soldier support center for in processing. Thank you Brad for going beyond and helping our family when we needed it.”

“At the end of the day I did not choose this location because I was approved for a home however, I toured about 8-10 units here and my experience was amazing. I visited twice and both times Colleen at the office was so refreshing. It’s obvious that she cares about the property and the renters. She was patient with me and didn’t make me feel guilty for not knowing what decision to make. She encouraged me to do what I felt was the most comfortable and where I would have peace the most. The property was well kept (minus one building which I mentioned that I wouldn’t choose that specific unit because of the way the residence of that building kept it so hopefully it gets addressed for the future) and they have several floor plans to choose from. The gym is doable and the yoga room is perfect. It seemed like a safe community and quiet. I suggest given this complex a chance. Thank you Colleen!! You really made the home searching journey better for me.”

“My partner and I have lived at Windtree for about a year at this point. I can genuinely say we have zero complaints. Every time we have had a minor maintenance issue the staff has been out next-day and either fixed it then and there or ordered what they needed immediately. Raya, Corissa, Samantha in the office are all FANTASTIC and communicate often and kindly. The community itself is well-located right off of Cliffdale and is always clean. Fantastic living experience and a great value.”

“My application and moving experience was phenomenal! The place is nice, clean and modern, there are new washer and dryers, clean carpets, Cabinets, and no damages at all everything works well. The staff was very helpful specifically Ms Alicia. She explained everything well and was very responsive, any issues we had were fixed quickly and the process was stress free. She was also extremely professional every time we spoke with her and made sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. I definitely hope I can continue to work with her in the future , I give my 5 star rating to her!”
