“Bought a washer and dryer from them in the beginning of October. Love the set i got. So far so good. Great customer service. Delivery the same day and hooked it up. The ONLY complaint i have. The Delivery guy Louis had me buy the kit to stack my washer and dryer because the set was so big i couldn't open my door where the laundry area is.He never came to stack it. Many calls and text. But never came. He was so nice upon Delivery and i tipped. I dont know what happen. I still would like for my machine to be stacked.”

My parents were just recently over covid so unfortunately the sweet men could not stay and do a big demonstration. However they were so kind and knowledgeable and professional that we all wanted to say thank you and we are sorry that our visit was a bit of a bust! Hope it went better at the other homes.”

“Don in appliances was amazing today. We moved from Minnesota to the area and needed a Fridge and washer and dryer. Luckily Don was the one available to help us and he is VERY knowledgeable. I was going back and forth to a few stackable washer and dryers and he knew EVERYTHING I had questions for without even looking at the info sheet! I had 2 narrowed down and we'd be at one and he'd be telling me how this one was different etc. he was so polite, so knowledgeable and friendly. He got our fridge, washer and dryer ordered and it would be delivered in 12 days which we thought was great. EVERYONE of my questions I had asked he knew right away. Even gave us a few tips. Would HIGHLY recommend Don in the appliance area. We will be back if we ever need more house appliances. And wow we got some amazing deals!!”

“Cashwell’s is well known around these parts for appliance parts. This is the second time I’ve have a range burner go out. The first time was at least a decade ago, back then it was easy peasy, the part was in stock and it was an easy plug and play. This time my part (radiant burner, a little more complex) was on backorder everywhere. Allen went above and beyond to locate the part outside of his suppliers. You don’t find businesses like this too often anymore. Shop local!”

“My wife and I had been looking for several large complet packages, living room, master bedroom, and dinning room. The salesman, the young lady who initially helped us that night and the manager ChiChi ( sorry for the mis- spelling) were great to work with. No pressure to buy just honest and pleasant service. They worked with us in getting the furnature items sent to the closet store in the neighboring state we are moving to. I highly recommend this store and it's staff for your future home needs.
