“Jeremy was great all around! My car started to overheat when driving to his shop and met me where I was at to add coolant to my radiator. I was paying out of pocket for repairs and he did everything he could to keep costs down (2k+ under other qoutes) and the car came out looking great. He explained the pros and cons on saving on parts every step of the way. Very honest, funny, and easy going. I recommend 100%.”

I sent lawnmower to JMB Lawnmower Repair for ten days and said not fixable because bent valves.
I took my mower to Jones same morning and in front of me after 15 minutes had repaired the out of synchrony exhaust and intake valves. I paid him twice in appreciation for quick service.
Lawnmower has been working fine for 2 months so far”

“Josh , saved my day my front bumper was hanging off for about 2 months and I pulled in and he took a look at it and told me I had 2 options to replace the whole bumper (3500 dollar fix that I didn’t have to spend) or get the part to fix it temporarily (cheaper route for the same solution). I got the part and came back same day , Josh fixed it in less than 2 minutes shook my hand and told me to have a good weekend !
He saw my situation and instead of seeing a dollar he saw a young man with a wife and 2 baby boys in the backseat. I’m new to the area but this establishment has gained a customer from me and my family. Thank you sir and you have a great weekend as well.”

“I came to this place last minute when I found out I had a flat tire. I called them first and they told me they would call me back when they checked if they had the tire I needed at their warehouse. I’m used to companies not calling me back but they did and were having it delivered same day to their shop for me. It took a couple hours for it to be delivered and I had my car towed there. I was there for maybe less than an hour they got my car in as quickly as possible and changed my tire very quick. While I waited I talked to the guy up front and learned a lot about this place. It’s family owned run by a father and his two sons. I’m a big talker and he continued to have conversation with me and didn’t have me feel like I was annoying him. My husband and I are new to the area and we’ve always wanted to find a local auto shop that doesn’t try to sell you on things you don’t need and take your money. This place is exactly that! Not once did they try to sell me other things my car didn’t needed, all they did was change my tire like I requested. I highly recommend coming here! I will be returning with my other car as well!”
