“Massive shout out to Jess Outstanding customer Service I visited store 2180 on July 3, 2026 And Jess assisted me she’s a true expert she quickly identified the problem I had on my 2002 Chevy trailblazer from the time I pulled into the parking lot with a loud Engine noise by Jess identifying where that noise was coming from it saved me so much time and hassle. It is rear to find someone so knowledgeable and willing to go to extra mile for customers. She was incredible helpful, friendly as well. I Highly recommend asking for Jess if you need help with your vehicle. before I came to that store, I had stopped at another store down the street Advance AutoParts and the 2 Male clerk that was there was not helpful. They act like they didn’t wanna be bothered then I remembered passing an O’Reilly auto parts store down the street, so I went there feeling very frustrating & aggravated because I drove all the way up from Miami to retrieve my daughter’s belongings from the storage when I heard my engine was making noise going to that O’Reilly store was the best choice when I was done at O’Reilly, I had a smile back on my face thanks for the help of Jess and to the grace of God I made it back home to Miami.10 STARS ALL SMILES .”

“T mobile sent me there to get my screen repaired. Let me tell you I was amazed how friendly, polite and professional the two gentlemen working there. Always drive by there and didn't think of ever stopping. But after seem the product they sell besides fixing screens. This is where I am going to if I need a new battery for my bike or my keyfobs for my cars.”
