ā1st time customer, needed an oil change and state inspection. Arrived for appointment and was greeted by a very nice young lady, who let me know it would be a moment. Then a very tall gentleman confirmed my service request, took my keys asked if I would be waiting and that he would let me know when it's done. Enjoyed light conversation with a couple other customers. And learned electricity scooters can go fast and they had lotion in the restroom.
Sending a big "MAHALO" (Thank you in Hawaiian) to Cyan for explaining everything that was done and all the other issues that will need to be addressed. He also showed and explained what the identification #s on my tires meant. I'm a single Mom and it's good to know that there are associates who really care about all their patrons. I wasn't the only one there, they were busy and yet Cyan took the time to make sure I understood what I had to take care of.ā

āI was in Fayateville a couple of weeks ago on a visit and I remembered that I wanted to write a review. The mechanic was very kind and he helped me in a pinch, right before the snow storm started when I was scrambling all across town to get out of the predicament I've found myself in. āManager Christina is awesome! She treats everyone equally awesome, listens to your concerns and your vehicleās problems, and works a solution expeditiously. Mechanic Tony, my longtime favorite and superior craftsman who can fix anything, is equally awesome. I was concerned when a corporate entity bought out this local Edās Tire company, and when the longtime and super manager āRockā retired. My experience with the newly changed ownership Edās calmed my fears and convinced me to continue to allow them to serve our auto repair needs, which ziāve used since 1994! Thank you all for helping me late last Friday afternoon!??ā

āI took my car for service at Black Tire on Ramsey Street. Unfortunately the repairs required they were unable to take care of but they gave me recommendation and didn't charge me for the fee to test for the problem. The were great at trying to solve the problem. I highly recommend taking your care for service there. The were very honest and willing to figure the problem out for you.ā
āTook my 2021 Chevy Silverado to get big scratches buffed out that I thought was going to have to be painted, for them to be able to take care of it perfectly with only the buffing. The finished product looked better than before and the team made sure to take great care of me. Quick and courteous service and would recommend to anyone!ā

āWent in to eds and was helped by service advisor Butch. They were busy but got my truck in to try and read a possible code. I was told it could be a few hours but got me in right away. Couldn't find the code I had described as my check engine light was off and waved the service fee. Will be coming back for future service.

āI took my Ford F150 to the dealership and got a wrong diagnosis. I also took it two another mechanic shop who didn't wanna touch it. I was told by someone to take it to monkey wrench automotive and let them diagnose it. I took it, they found the problem and fixed it. My baby is running like it's brand new all over again and I'm happy.ā
āIf youāre a woman I recommend this tire shop, Iāve been coming here since I got my first car in 2020 never disappoints and I always leave within 10 minutes or less. My favorite tire shop!ā

āThese guys are great - they were referred to us by Power Swain who did our body work. Cape Fear Auto is almost a one stop shop from Inspections to seat mechanisms. They are fast, accommodating, and take both walk-ins and appts. You won't be disappointed!ā
āC and J saved us so much money!! I walked in on Monday, dropped off my car on Tuesday, and was back on the road by Thursday!! They accepted my repair request from another company and saved us $500++ of what the other company quoted us! It was our 1st time there and the customer service was top tier!! I spoke with Emily and Leslie and these ladies helped us out to the best of their abilities. I will definitely spread the good news of how great of a car repair shop this is! Thanks again!!ā
āI recently had a great experience at DK Hardee! I had made an appointment a few days before to have my oil changed. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by the service technician, who took my keys and was off. Approximately 45 minutes later, they were done with my car, and I was on my way. The next time my Mercedes Benz needs service, I will be back to DK Hardee!ā
