βI pick out a set of 4 new all season tires for my ford Ranger. However, when they were going to install them the mechanic noticed the tires I pick did not look good on my Ranger since it’s a 4x4. They recommended a set of Bridgestone Dueler, all terrain tires. I took a look at them they look good and turn out to be great looking tires. I am very happy with the tires and they feel and look great.β

βCame to the location to pick up a friend who was dropping her car off. I had an issue and asked if they would be able to take a look at it. They got me in immediately and assisted with everything I needed. Super friendly and very professional!β
β1st time customer, needed an oil change and state inspection. Arrived for appointment and was greeted by a very nice young lady, who let me know it would be a moment. Then a very tall gentleman confirmed my service request, took my keys asked if I would be waiting and that he would let me know when it's done. Enjoyed light conversation with a couple other customers. And learned electricity scooters can go fast and they had lotion in the restroom.
Sending a big "MAHALO" (Thank you in Hawaiian) to Cyan for explaining everything that was done and all the other issues that will need to be addressed. He also showed and explained what the identification #s on my tires meant. I'm a single Mom and it's good to know that there are associates who really care about all their patrons. I wasn't the only one there, they were busy and yet Cyan took the time to make sure I understood what I had to take care of.β

When it came down to the appointment, I arrived 10 min early, and a phone call came in. She was on the phone nonstop for 15 minβ¦
I understand that computers are slow, and there are lingering customers on phone - but take care of those in FRONT of you - especially when thereβs an appointment to be met (and checked me in late). Or ask for help from the back, or ask the customer on the phone to waitβ¦ but this serves a learning lesson to please apply common sense and courtesy for in-person paying customers.
Also, please donβt quote and under deliver. Letting someone know βabout 20 minβ to an hour is a vast difference. I can understand a grace period of 10-15min over, but an hour?! I might as well bring my lunch next time.
I do appreciate honoring the military, so I will give them another opportunity.β
βI was in Fayateville a couple of weeks ago on a visit and I remembered that I wanted to write a review. The mechanic was very kind and he helped me in a pinch, right before the snow storm started when I was scrambling all across town to get out of the predicament I've found myself in. It truly was a miracle.β

βThe owner is amazing. My truck got broken into over at the vet clinic.
He helped with replacing my two tires that were damaged. The owner himself drove to the tire manufacturer and picked up the tires so I could get same day service and also he went above and beyond to get my broken window fixed same day. People that are in a 100 mile radius of this establishment and donβt use them I have to say your fools.

βThe other day I had to take my car in for repair due to a bad catalytic converter. After going around to multiple shops, getting prices, and not feeling comfortable with the quotes or the reasons why my catalytic converter needed to be replaced, I ended up at Hwy 59 Auto Repair.
They provided me with all the information I needed and made me feel like a human not just someone to take money from. They gave me time to think and process everything, which is hard to find these days.
