“The truck I rented was top notch and made up for the overall customer service. I had two concerns or issues: (1) the truck needed a side rail/step to get into it, unless you were already 6’ft tall then you’d be ok. (2) the total cost with taxes and fees sent to my email was a 50.00 difference. I showed the agent/employee the email of my cost of 483.76, she showed me her system showing the total cost of 533.25, with the explanation of idk. I asked the same thing of their system not showing what I was provided, she stated she had to charge me the cost she showed in her system. I said ok, that I’d take care of it on my return , but I didn’t. I took it as a lesson learned and loss. However this is false advertising by them, being that I’m a rewards member of the 3 partnering rental agencies the agent should’ve honored my email cost, but didn’t. The truck itself did as it was reliable.

“Really wonderful customer support. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth with no issues. The only downside was the car’s interior, which had noticeable stains and some sticky spots that made it feel not fully cleaned.”
“This is the only location I will rent from in Fayetteville. Rented a car from them for all of 2025. Every person working there is absolutely amazing and I am absolutely terrible with names. I do remember Cal!!!! Lol. Every time I go in there it feels like family. They are always so nice and friendly and the customer service is a+. I'm kind of upset now that I have a car and no longer need to rent a car that I won't get to see these guys n gals anymore.
If you need to rent a car go to this location they will treat you like family and go above and beyond.

“Anytime I need a rental I use the Ramsey st location; I book online & do the pre check in, I appreciate the courteous customer service & the acknowledgment even during peak times!!
