“Really wonderful customer support. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth with no issues. The only downside was the car’s interior, which had noticeable stains and some sticky spots that made it feel not fully cleaned.”
“This is the only location I will rent from in Fayetteville. Rented a car from them for all of 2025. Every person working there is absolutely amazing and I am absolutely terrible with names. I do remember Cal!!!! Lol. Every time I go in there it feels like family. They are always so nice and friendly and the customer service is a+. I'm kind of upset now that I have a car and no longer need to rent a car that I won't get to see these guys n gals anymore.
If you need to rent a car go to this location they will treat you like family and go above and beyond.

The terminal felt calm and well maintained, with comfortable seating areas and convenient amenities for travelers. I especially appreciated how manageable and convenient the airport felt compared to larger and more crowded airports. Parking and transportation access were also simple and convenient.
