“The Fayetteville Regional did not have the car I reserved on the app, so I had to settle with an option that was so much larger which used more gas. My original reserved a luxury midsize car. After receiving the keys I was told the wrong location where the car was parked. I also had to wait an extended period of time for a car I reserved days in advance. The clerk was kind and apologetic but that didn’t solve my issues; however, THE SERVICE IN CLT(Charlotte airport) gave me a better understanding of what excellent customer service means. The clerk, Kiera, defined ABOVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She was friendly, professional, personable, and helpful. Kiera assisted in such a manner that I was totally impressed, attention to details and working vigorously to accommodate the customer. She gave very thorough info so I could navigate to the terminal for my flight, not hurriedly but with patience. The excellent service she provided is the reason I will use Enterprise again. I’m a frequent user of rental services, and have used Enterprise for years so it was disappointing for my pickup experience in Fayetteville on Monday, July 13 but drop off in Charlotte on Tuesday, July 14 was one of the best experience I’ve had and that was because of the way Kiera epitomized BEYOND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! “Really wonderful customer support. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth with no issues. The only downside was the car’s interior, which had noticeable stains and some sticky spots that made it feel not fully cleaned.”
“Fayetteville Raeford Road Enterprise: My reservation pickup was available as promised. The gentleman that checked me in was proficient and very friendly. My return was an easy check in with the same kind of customer service.
I must also comment that the Enterprise in Hope Mills, NC treated me just the opposite. I guess this was the female manager that was on duty that came to the counter to assist and told me that since my address was so far out that I had to pay upfront with my personal credit card and not just the $50 hold fee. I explained that this is an insurance rental and the adjuster said that I could go to any Enterprise except those at an airports. She said it didn’t matter and I must pay by my personal card. This is when I called the corporate number and asked for the Fayetteville, NC Enterprise on Raeford Rd. So glad that I did. The other Hope Mills, NC Enterprise needs to be investigated into of this type of service being offered to customers concerning their address and not honoring an insurance rental.”
“Anytime I need a rental I use the Ramsey st location; I book online & do the pre check in, I appreciate the courteous customer service & the acknowledgment even during peak times!! My last experience was the best as at drop off I left my garage opener, they were kind enough to store it , thank you Mr Evans.”

The airport was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which made traveling much less stressful. Security and check-in processes moved efficiently, and the staff members were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the visit. The terminal felt calm and well maintained, with comfortable seating areas and convenient amenities for travelers. I especially appreciated how manageable and convenient the airport felt compared to larger and more crowded airports. Parking and transportation access were also simple and convenient. Overall, this airport offers a pleasant and efficient travel experience with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful customer service.”

“Great vehicle for my purposes. Although I made an early reservation for a specific size car, in a last minute adjustment by Budget, a different car was made available but at a higher cost. I was advised to call HQ for adjustment. Overall, a very good experience.”
